This Apartment is a completely self-contained semi-detached duplex property. The entrance is separate from the other Apartments on site and there is no-one above or below you. Parking is right outside the Apartment.
This holiday rental is a 2 bedroom Apartment on two floors. It has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs the living accommodation comprises:
- Entrance hall with enough space for bikes or golf clubs!
- Spacious lounge with recliner seating and large TV
Note that there is a double bed settee in the lounge and we can also put an extra single in the lounge – for those of you requiring the addition of separate beds (this then gives 5 separate beds). - Separate kitchen / dining area (with seating for 6). Extra chairs are available for more guests.
In the kitchen there is an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and gas hob. - From the hall there is also a back way to the kitchen so that the lounge area can be shut off for privacy.
Free wi-fi, parking, bedding, towels and kitchen essentials are standard as part of the Shelbourne Welcome package.
